We just had our first experience with Central Home Services, and it definitely will not be our last! Steve helped us through the process of replacing our old central vac, and was incredibly patient and informative throughout the process. It is a very rare treat these days to find service providers who are as honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy as these guys. Wish we could hire them to fix everything in our home!

Our technician Steve has serviced our central vac and cleaned our dryer vent+inside the dryer; the service we've received have been incredible. Each time he checked, cleaned, and repaired things that I felt were above and beyond expectation. We have a very long dryer vent pipe and he not only cleaned it but also noticed that we had lint inside the dryer near the heating element. The dryer is now in pristine condition and our central vac, albeit probably 40 years old is in tip top shape.

So glad I found this company on Angi. Mark called right away and we set up appointment to clean dryer vent to my new place prior to moving in. Job was done quickly, efficiently. I will be calling again next year for the annual vent cleaning. Mark & his father also gave me some very useful advice about placement of dryer vent. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

We had them come out a little over a year ago to clean out dryer vent. Took multiple phone ca;law and rescheduling to get them here. Unfortunately there's was a fire in my apartment complex due to a dryer vent. The board of management has asked that everyone clean their dryer vents and submit proof by the end of this year. I s-one with the secretary in November and asked Horta she send a physical copy to us. She was very unpleasant and acted like I was asking her to do something so out of the ordinary, a duplicate bill. After 3 weeks and no bill in the mail I spoke with her again. She was even nastier and short with me that the first time. She wouldn't even repeat back my address to make sure she had the correct one. She said she mailed it and there was no need to mail another but use would dim it again. Now today I called again, another 3 weeks and she said i[the letter was returned, in a very nasty way then she raised her voice and told me she needed an email address or she wouldn't do anything, i asked her why she was being so nasty and she hung up the phone. If this is the way ppl run a business and expect to get repeat customers it not the way to go. Customer service is awful and the secretary should be fired. All I needed was copy of a bill for services already rendered. She acted like I was asking her to go,out of her way and perform some ungodly service. Absolutely a shame and disgraceful that they treat customers that way. Now I will be forced to have someone else come and pay for it again just to submit proof to the management company, because they aren't capable or willing to send me a copy. Terrible business practices and even worse customer service. There are plenty of handymen out there, I'd recommend using a more professional business. Lots of dryer vent companies, I would not recommend this one. Having to deal with the nasty secretary with a horrible attitude is not something anyone should experience from a "professional" business of any kind.

We had a great experience with Central Home Services. The technician responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and found a broken elbow connector. He replaced it quickly and it's working great. They're very good at what they do with deep expertise, extensive experience, and highly professional. I'd absolutely recommend and will definitely hire them again.

We sought a service through Angie's list to clean our dryer vent and ducting. We receive three prompt calls, but went with Steve and Central based on him taking the time to explain how his service differs a bit from the others. And was he right! Steve gave us a time window for his arrival, called to confirm in advance, and then provided one of the most detailed and thorough jobs we have ever experienced. His service included using both vacuum and a rotating brush inserted from outside to clean every inch of our ducting. He then went a step further and cleaned the inside of the dryer after removing the back paneling. The before and after pictures (to follow) were amazing. He was clean , neat and everything was reassembled and tested before he left. Could not provide a stronger recommendation.

He is very knowledgeable cleaning my vacuum efficiently. He came when he said he was gonna come. He identified potential exposure or problem. He cema fully equipped. He was right on time.
