Front desk staff extremely helpful. Remembered us even though we come in once a year.
Dr. Truslow spent time with us and didn't rush the visit. Front desk also resolved online pharmacy order.

This clinic has the kindest staff along with very professional and expert vets. Both my dogs had gastric bugs this summer including one emergency overnight stay and our vet stayed in constant communication with me, alleviating my worries. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My wife and I were moving to Europe and needed the requisite paperwork to get our dogs over with us. Most vets do no possess the credentials to facilitate this but Dr. Truslow does and she guided us though the process with expertise and kind consideration. Thanks to her (and the staff involved), the we and the dogs made it into Spain without incident or interruption and we couldn't have asked for a better person to have directed this affair than Dr. Truslow.

We have been using Central Animal for 18 years now. Everyone has always showed such compassion and knowledge. Most recently they help nurse my 7 year old back to health. I can not thank them enough!! They are the best!!!!!

Normally I would not give this rating for
a secondhand account or even for accidentally killing an animal, but I AM giving this rating for how you treated a very good friend of mine grieving the animal that YOUR office killed due to negligence. Besides the fact that you killed an animal due to negligence, there was no apology, and you attempted to gaslight the greiving pet parent, trying to convince her it was an underlying health condition when it WASN'T? SICK. On top of that, the conduct of your office manager sounds APALLING. Fire that brand new doctor and then supervise any future BRAND NEW doctors during surgery, then reconsider the practices of your clinic.

I booked an appointment as a new patient online for my dog to be seen for a non-emergency injury. It took a lot for me to get a babysitter for my newborn and get over to the appointment which I arrived on time. Normally I would always strive to arrive early but it's extremely difficult with a newborn. I explained this and was turned away and was told that I needed to reschedule because "I didn't arrive 15 minutes early." This was not disclosed anywhere prior to booking, only that I would have needed to reschedule if I were more than 10 minutes late. It is extremely frustrating that I did not receive the proper prior notification and that this facility was unwilling to work with me despite everything it took to get there and being on time for the appointment. I will certainly not be rescheduling and would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I've been using Central Animal Hospital for over 20 years and they have cared for three beloved cats and and our much-loved dog. The staff is attentive and puts the needs of pets first. We were given options for treatment and when it was time say goodbye to our cats ( both reached 20 years) - they provided caring end of life support for our pets and our family. Dr Truslow has been our main vet and she is skilled and talented. She came up with innovative ways to keep our older cat happy and healthy extending the time we had with her. I find the practice to be sensitve to cost of treatment and they help you make a well-informed decision if you need treatment beyond well care for your pet. I like recievng the check-up reminders and the staff is very helpful. The vets call when bloodwork and test results are in. The parking is easy and staff working with those pets that can't tolerate the waiting room. Great vet practice

I love this vet. I’ve been taking all of my animals there for seven years now any services or testing they recommend it’s truly because they believe it’s beneficial to your pet or for your pet. I have always had amazing and friendly service from them.

Some vets are more engaging than others but they are all good. The vet recharge make the biggest difference and really help put nervous patients at ease. They are the true rockstars!

For my first visit here, I have to say I am more than impressed by the entire staff! Everyone was wonderful. They made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. He even let the doctor and vet tech pet him. That has never happened in all the time he's with me (10 years). They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who really wants top notch care.

Friendly, clean and amazing. Had such a pleasant experience since the first visit. Dr. Truslow is truly a caring vet. My cats aren't happy but I would recommend this center to everyone.
