Rude teller told me to keep my checks in better condition because I was having trouble doing a mobile deposit. Rolled her eyes and was extremely unpleasant. I suggest Capital One terminate her position, liquidate her salary and pay someone to fix the UI on its mobile deposit so customers no longer need to be belittled by tellers like this.

I was a customer of Orange before they were acquired by ING Direct, before they were acquired by CapitalOne (about 20 years now). Acquisition after acquisition has resulted in worse and worse customer service. This month the auto-bill pay failed to deliver my rent to my landlord (allegedly sent the 22nd, not received by the 3rd) and I was told it could take up to 45 days to receive the funds back in my account. Lots of good banking options, I recommend choosing another one than CapitalOne.

Good bank, very friendly tellers and management, but you are dealing with a very large bank, issues do get ironed out, but they can take time.

So disappointed! Came here to open a business account. They told me they can’t print a paper for me because it’s company policy and customers can’t use the printer. So I had to reschedule for tomorrow so I can print the paper and bring it. Might as well not come back and just open the account somewhere else

Just moved to this area this bank looked new but atms always looked like they were out of service. I went to cash a paycheck and now I’m fighting to get my money with the claims department. Wouldn’t recommend going there if you don’t have to

I tried to deposit an IRS tax refund check by app and the bank said "We couldn't accept your check". What could be more trustworthy than an IRS check? Fidelity accepted the check by app. Also, you cannot see an image of checks deposited on their app and cannot see the memo you added for the deposit. (The app allows you to enter a memo, but the app does not display the memo after the deposit is completed). I think Capital One is a bare bones operation.

Strange things have been going on at this bank in the last year,They closed out my small credit line last year; no warning they just did away with the product. They closed most of their branches. And today, July 8, 2021 it looks like they closed my checking account!II keep my account in good standing. My social security and pension are directly deposited and thereAre auto debits. Who knows where my money is. Do tomorrow, I get to start the day by calling up to find out what is going on.Word to the wise, watch out at this bank. Things have changed.

Just opened a new 360 checking account with them alot better and friendlier then the bank I left People's United Bank because they treated me like a criminal instead of the person who frauduantly put checks in my account. And after finally getting the money I was owed from them Monday they ask me if I want to open a credit card with them are you kidding no. But glad I'm with Capital One Bank so much better and nicer then my old bank.

A new business account has a limit of $5,000 for cell phone deposits. That is an absurd limit for a business account. The local staff members are pleasant and responsive, but the Bank's policies are half-baked and user hostile.
