My husband and I came to this location to look at a few different strollers and we were approached by Noah who asked us if we needed help. We ended up asking Noah a few questions about a model we had been looking at online. He was happy to answer all of our questions and even went over all of the strollers features without us asking. He went above and beyond to show us the difference between the model that we thought we wanted when we walked in, to the upgraded version of that stroller. We decided on the upgraded model because he gave us a great demonstration and comparison between the two. Noah should be recognized for how knowledgeable and kind he is. He provided us with a great experience and taught me a lot about carseats and strollers because this is my first child.

Went to buy buy baby in Scarsdale met with Jodiann she was amazing. She took her time to check on things for us. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She deserve a raise. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive

The best in-store shopping experience of all time. Chris, Anthony and Luis were so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They took their time when I had a million stroller/car seat questions, and went above and beyond to help me with a solution when the boxes wouldn't fit in my car. The store is beautiful and has a great feeding room and registry station. Would recommend to absolutely everyone.

I love this BuyBuy Baby, mainly because of their staff who are always willing and ready to help out with any and all questions. Chris has helped me out on multiple occasions from our first baby registry consultation to a most recent return and then online ordering issue. He got on a chat immediately with technician Martin who were able to figure out the issue and I couldn't be more satisfied with their store.

Stupid delivery system!!!! Not at all happy… I don’t understand why they don’t provide their own shipping. It goes through a 3rd party— the driver very nice and respectful (not his fault) - but it took all day to wait for a delivery and I had to reach out to find out the information …Buy buy baby did nothing to help. Why don’t they have their own delivery system!??!??!?? Won’t use them again for furniture.

Last year while shopping for our newborn, Chris took his time and showed us all the stroller options and even put air in our tire. We went back a year later and he remembered us and helped us with her toddler stroller. Great customer service!

I experienced the best customer service of my life today at buybuy BABY! Chris Boyd patiently worked with me to select the right stroller, car seat, Pac n Play, high chair, and clothing for my grandson. He methodically demonstrated how to operate all the equipment and then packed everything into my car! He is a real treasure and an invaluable asset to buybuy BABY.

All the employees are very helpful but I been coming into this store for years and Chris has been the one to help me numerous times. Always so helpful and polite. Today I came into the store needing help adjusting car seat and he helped make my baby’s ride so much more comfortable.

BEST BABY BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been to every baby store from Brooklyn to Jersey and this was by far the most productive and informative. An employee Chris took his time and answered all my questions in detail I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I left buybuy baby feeling so much better with half my registry filled out.
Tiffany was also very helpful she helped me find furniture options that best suited my needs.
I am so grateful to the buybuy baby staff for all their help and guidance. I got more info in an hour than I did in 2 trimesters.

We just had the most incredible experience at buybuy BABY with a sales person named Tenisha … She was so knowledgeable and kind and took so much time explaining the benefit of each and every stroller and completely helped us make up our minds. Gone are the days of excellent sales people, but I think we found the only one left, thank you so much for an incredible experience.

So glad to have this store back! They were so helpful when we were shopping for strollers 5years ago with our first. Went in recently to transition from infant to toddler car seat for our second and the service was next level.Chris, I believe the store manager, not only had in-depth knowledge of the specs, pros and cons of the seats we were considering based on our needs. In below freezing temps, he agreed and helped me test out the display model in my car to double check if it would fit in my middle seat as I needed.Post purchase, he also helped install the new car seat. Again, in below freezing temps! I am TRULY grateful for the kind service. God bless you sir!
