I tried to make an appointment to have my blinds fixed. The man that I spoke with was not only unhelpful, but downright rude. Unless you’re willing to take the day off from work, they make it impossible to do business with them.

Toni-Ann was extremely helpful in selecting the fabric for my dining room Roman shades. They were executed beautifully and match perfectly. There was a delay with delivery but she was honest and upfront with letting us know and we appreciated her honesty. We were very happy with them and will recommend them to any potential customers. The fabric books are plentiful, with many beautiful fabrics to choose from. Excellent company.

I love working with this company! A beautiful showroom, great selections and unending service with a smile..... And....they don't only do blinds if you are in the market for shades, curtains, reupholstering, repairs etc. Toni and her team are delightful, accommodating and have brilliant ideas and recommendations. Just finished doing all my window treatments in my new home with beautiful results and I am looking for more reasons to work with them again. No job is too big or too small. I happily recommend them!!!

I walked in without really knowing what I wanted/needed for our bedroom windows. Toni walked me through everything and gave me the best advice and ideas. I really like to see and touch products and I was very lucky that they have a great showroom. I am super happy with my shades. Everything was soo smooth from the selection process to the installation and even follow ups now I am getting my living room and dining room windows done. I highly recommend their services.

We chose Blinds Blinds Blinds partly because they had done an excellent job several years ago when we put blinds in two bedrooms. We also prefer to support a locally owned business. But we shopped around to make sure we liked their range of products and service. They are lovely people to deal with - friendly and efficient, and also very accommodating as we needed to change our installation date. The blinds are good quality and the installation flawless. We can’t say enough about this company’s excellent service.

The original salesman understood that I live in a rental and did not want to spend a fortune. He took that into consideration when he suggested the chosen blinds which came approx 6 weeks later & looked like the sample. A technician very carefully installed them. Unfortunately, one blind was missing a wand but two weeks later another technician came back to install it. All in all, I’m very happy with the ones I’ve chosen and with the company itself.
