“02/23/24, This was my 3rd auto claim here at this shop. Ted Herrmann, his wife and staff are professionals. Travelers Insurance is on-site. Enterprise car rentals are contracted here. Considering supply chain issues, My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica was repaired and returned to me in reasonable time. I recommend this shop for both basic cosmetic and major repairs.”

“Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice. and courteous, and will explain everything you need to know. Very often you can tell when a repair person is giving off the rip-off vibe, but there was none of that nonsense here. Very transparent, and you can tell he wants to help. As for the repair work, it was adequate. However for getting a car repaired and spending all this money I think you'd want more than adequate. Similar to the other reviews there was definitely issues with alignment of the different panels...eg gap and flush issues. In the end I give three of the quality of the work and a five for the excellent communication and customer service.”
