I was in need of a new flute for the band I play in and stopped in to see what was in inventory. April was extremely helpful in taking the time to help me find the perfect flute for what I needed for future performances. The process was seamless and she was able to find the perfect flute for a great price! I felt treated like family and would 100% recommend stopping into Ardsley Music for anything instrumentation, repairs, etc.

I had the best experience with the staff, everyone was so helpful helping me getting the best set of instrument for my son. I changed my mind couple of times or my son changed his mind lol. We had to go back and fort several time and the patience, customers service care, willingness to start over couple of times and never at once I felt I was being too much.

We have had great experience on renting violin, viola and other instrument like clarinet from Ardsley Musical Instrument shop over the last 8 years. Most recently, the shop generously provided loaner violins for free for my child's volunteer work on providing free violin lessons for the kids in the local community. We are so grateful for the great support and service provided by the director and staff in this shop.

We have been renting instruments for our children from Ardsley Music for 3 years and have found them to be an absolute delight to work with. They make the whole process of instrument rental a breeze - they have a wonderful system for starting out, renewal, and sizing up, and they’re customer service is excellent!

My daughter’s flute was given at Ardsley Musical for tune up and clean up and they did an outstanding service. As per her the flute sounds better than ever and she was very happy with the attention to details. The turnaround time was also very impressive. Highly recommend !

They do excellent work on saxaphones and a good tunaround time at a fair price.brought my tenor and soprano there and never waited more than a day or two

I cannot say enough great things about Ardsley Musical Instrument Services. I bought my favorite flute from them back in 2001 and have had all of my flutes serviced there since then. Each time I am there I am impressed with the staff and the quality of the servicing. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I had to go get my daughters Viola repaired as one of the strings had broken. Bummed that I had to drive 30+ to do this, I left with a huge smile on my face and great appreciation from the customer service I was given. I was told by the first woman, that the Viola also had a crack in it and I would need to pick it up on the weekend. I explained my daughter had 3 lessons that week and was disappointed. Then an angel of a woman named April asked what school my daughter went to and when she realized how long of a drive that was she said, let me see what I can do. After waiting 15 minutes or so, April came out with a brand new Viola for my daughter. My daughter was so excited when she got home. I def suggest the protection plan and def suggest this lovely establishment!

Staff is great, especially April! Professionally run with great, consistent customer service. We have been renting our children's various instruments for years and appreciate how easy they make repairs and deliveries to school.
