Refused a bathroom to a child. The manager literally came from using the bathroom but didn’t feel like taking my child back to use the restroom.I specifically stated that I didn’t want emails, calls and other marketing from them and have been completely spammed.The people working the counter were not interested in assisting my kids but rather talking shop with others, even though we waited for our turn at the counter.Overall, the customer service was wretched and I would not take my kids back.

If you are looking for great customer service and fair prices, you have found it here! Mark is probably the nicest dealer I have ever encountered. We inherited a lot of various collectibles from my father in law including sports cards. I checked out many different venues to sell them. I came into the shop one day when they were having a hockey card promotion. The staff was warm and helpful. Every one of them. I thought this was the best place to bring in the ineherited sports cards and other sports related items. Mark, his wife and employees could not have been more helpful or friendly. I was even given packs of Pokemon cards for my adult yep. Yep, she sure likes Pokemon. lol. If you want to buy or sell cards, American Legends is the place to go. Five full shiny stars!

Been here several times. Last time I asked if I can make an offer on a couple of cards. They literally laughed at the notion that someone would offer to buy something at something other than sticker price. I mean....it's a collectibles market...a dynamic one. Who laughs at someone offering to buy something from you (and this was before I even mentioned the price)Turned me off. Business must be REALLY good if your laughing at customers willing to buy something. Good luck to them....I'll spend my $ where customers are valued. A bit arrogant for my taste.

What a gem!!! This store is awesome! Friendly owners. We have to appreciate this store. Very few like it.Angel Andrews is lying. His review is not true or accurate. This is a wholesome family business, they even let my pet in.

Every time I go into this store I feel like a little kid again. Plenty of shops in my area but I go out of my way to get here because the service and the people are incredible. They always have the best prices and Donna and Mark are an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s my sons favorite shop as well.

Ok store prices little high just upset got a box of sp authentic and had to be the deadist box I have seen no fwa no spectrum card 2 signs of times cards and that was all name of the game I guess ?

Best sports cards and memorabilia shop I have ever been to. The owners are hands on, the most knowledgeable people in the industry.. They treat each customer ss if that was their only customer.

There is no more Complete Card Shop in the area. Hands Down. The BEST place to, not only get cards, but your supplies as well. The whole staff, not just the owners, are knowledgeable and always willing to talk shop. I can't give a better recommendation than that.

Best sports card shop there is Owners are the most knowledgable people. They treat each customer as their only customer. The attention I received when selling was just incredible!
