They stopped giving out free slurpies on July 11 (7/11 day) claiming that it was only from 11:00-7:00. Nowhere did it say this on the website and everyone there for a free slurpy was pissed

They ran out of cups and started charging people for cups which sucked to see because there were some cute kids excited for slushies and their parents had to break their hearts not letting them get slushies... also whats with the deal being from 11-7 instead of 7-11?

What a weird 7-Eleven. At a recent visit, we could not find any matching Slurpee lids for the medium or large cups. Half of the Slurpee dispensers were liquid despite being "ready to serve." The staff was completely uninterested in addressing these issues. Upon using the self-checkout, it became apparent that this store does not use the scanner at the exit but requires you to "show this screen to the cashier." The cashier was completely uninterested in looking at us and continued to focus on the customer line, negating the entire purpose of self-checkout to "skip the line." We eventually just walked out with our items with zero interaction with the cashier.

Everytime I come to this 7 eleven they never have anything cooked for night time/ late night (pizza,tacos,wings,hot dogs etc...NOT A THING, then have the nerve to over charge for things, on top of that poor customer service , not the young man he is one of the nice ones and helpful but the grumpy old lady with an attitude that doesn't like to help customers and doesn't want you touching her condiments. I was looking for sweet relish ,which there is absolutely none, so I had to dig around in the mustard bin , to which she asked me" what am I looking for?" In a why are you digging around in there ? talking- to- my -5 y o -kid kind of way. Instead of saying "Good morning how may I help you?" She def needs some retail etiquette classes. overall this store needs a total revamp , from the employees to the products on the shelves. TERRIBLE.

The food and coffee is amazing. From hot coffee, to the fully automated cappuccino machine, to the nitro cold brew coffee, to the rollers, and premade food it’s all really good and reasonably priced. On top of all of that, it’s open 24/7 and the employees are very friendly!

Completely dishonest. If you MUST shop here, make sure you check the price of everything, as the total will not once be correct. They always overcharge. Once or twice is a mistake, everytime is theft. When I questioned the discrepancy, the cashier literally told me that it doesn't matter what the sign says, I have to pay what he says. I live a walkable distance from them and never go anymore.

This 7/11 sucksI Uber eats something and I didn’t get what I received. The person Ubered my food checked to make sure I had what I had in my bag and it had the right label but it contained Cinnamon Toast Crunch dunkaroos. I ordered Nutella breadsticks. So I obviously tried to call and get my freaking breadsticks and they wouldn’t pick up.

Terrible Quality. We ordered 3 pcs of Almond Milk on July 26th. All 3 were expired. One of them had July 9th while the other two had July 26th as an expiry. I don’t understand why they would keep this in stock and sell to the customer. This has happened couple of times earlier as well. Everyone should read the expiry date at this location before leaving the store. They have a tendency of selling expired products and hoping no one would notice it.

The worst place to shop. Also the worst place to play lottery numbers. I watched a man play 100.00 worth of numbers pick 4 and pick three.It was my turn I gave him one number pick 4 straight and boxed and he rang up every ticket wrong another person came over to me and told me that I had to fill out a card I've never filled out cards before on pick 4 . She was so rude I will never play lottery in that store again or purchase anything from there
