Marisa is amazing! I absolutely love the way she colors, cuts, and styles my hair. I used Stephanie this past weekend for a blow out and she did an amazing job with my hair. I got a ton of compliments and didn’t wash my hair until today (reluctantly) lol

went in and was ignored for 10 minutes no greeting. Dead atmosphere and dilapatated hairdressers that seemed uninterested in doing mens hair. no enthusiasm as i just stood there. Not ideal place for quality or place where anything is going on. Seems like the place is going out of business.

I have been looking for the right stylist for a long time and I was searching on groupon for a salon that had a coupon for what I wanted to have done. I went in and the staff was very friendly. When I told the front desk that I had a groupon she did not make be feel cheap and roll her eyes at me like other salons have done in the past. My stylist Theresa was the best. She listened to what I wanted to have done and did awesome. My hair needed a lot of work since I have not been in a salon in almost 3 years. Thanks Waves Salon for the best experience I had in a salon in a long time. I definitely will be going back again!

I went for a last minute, first time wash & blow out. I have very thick hair but done correctly & with experience, it blows out beautifully & smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I specifically asked on the phone if the person doing the blow out was good. The receptionist reassured me. I was extremely disappointed. She just kept putting more & more moroccan oil and product in it. The front pieces were still stuck to the frame of my face because it was never put through the hairbrush. I had a concert to be at in an hr. I actually had to get someone to REWASH it. I left with it wet, went home and blew it out beautifully MYSELF. An hour out of my life I'll never get back. Plus $10 tip for a terrible blow out and $20 tip to the wash girl because I didn't have change and had wasted enough time.On a positive note, I must say that I was contacted 3 days later by who I believe is the owner ("Joanne"), who offered a complimentary blowout with another stylist. To me that is a sign of good customer service. At least they tried. I was grateful for that.
