I just took my phone back to the store where I bought it because I thought it needed a new screen. It just needed a new screen protector, and the gentleman who helped me was patient. Did the job well and did not charge me.!!! Good business

I want to give Verizon 1 star for everything they have put me through but Brandon at this location is my hero. He was so helpful even though I’ve never walked into his store before and have not bought anything from him. Please visit them here, you will not be disappointed.

Installed a new TV in my mother-in-law’s bedroom. Called Verizon to get a cable box for the bedroom. Verizon wanted to charge her account a one time fee of $50.00 then monthly box rental fee of $12.00. I’m an Optimum tv customer so I didn’t understand the $50 one time equipment fee. I was told to go to Sayville Verizon store to pick up new cable box. Got home to install but no wires and no remote. Went back to store and snotty guy tells me I have to call Verizon. They don’t have tv remotes. Another 45 min call to Verizon and trying to communicate with a phone rep from India sucks
