I love target and shopping there, prices arw always great but when u have an issue and try calling the store no body answers the phone, what is the purpose of having a phone in the store if your just gonna let it ring forever. try answering the phone once in a while

If I could leave review without leaving a star I would because they don't deserve one star at all . This target workers are rude . I called up there today for an hour trying to get someone on the phone when someone finally answered and asked how can they help me I told them what I was looking for she asked me for an item number when I told her I didn't have one she hung up on me didn't say anything just hung up . When I called back to speak to an manager no answer from guest services and no one answered when I called electronics backs the phone just ring and rung for both . No one answers the phone at this store no one the phone will ring off the hook and no one will answer. I called today 5/10/24 started calling at 12:20 and got hung up on when someone answered at 1:20 . The workers are very very rude . So don't call guest services cause they won't answer and don't call electronics because they will hang up on you if you don't have the information they need . Hey target employees do better

Made a return at the Sayville store. The process was, in my mind, unnecessarily difficult, but the associate who helped me was extremely patient and kind.

Stay away from this target if you are a person of color. My wife and I are valued members of Target and regular users of Target Circle, we spend thousands at Target every year. My black pregnant wife went to a promotional booth for Target Circle where they were giving out items including reusable bags. My wife grabbed a bag and one of the store associates rudely grabbed the bag out of her hands stating “these are only for if you have the app.” Not once did they ask to see the app for proof. We will avoid this store like the plague

Seriously, Target for many different kinds of groceries are SERIOUSLY CHEAPER, then conventional grocery stores. This location has expanded their fresh and frozen foods ALOT....DEFINITELY worth checking out yourself

Hispanics and African Americans are racially profiled at this store!!! While shopping I was obviously being followed by asset protection and was met by an employee at the front door asking for a receipt after my purchase at the front self serve register. It only took a walk to my car to figure out I was profiled, I went right back to customer service and returned $115 worth of items purchased, as many times as I shopped at Target I was never asked for a recepit at the door, in fact when I went back to return the purchase the employee was gone from the front door. I will never shop at any Target location ever again!!! What is this world coming to?? Shame on you Target

Service is horrible! Waited over 25 minutes for Drive up pick up! Always an excuse and this has not been the 1st time! Need toBe more accountable for orders that come in then pick & choose!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . They are rude they hang up on you after you been on hold forever just to get information about a product so you don’t waste your time . Don’t ever call no one answers when they do it’s rude beyond words !!
