Went in there after being recommended by the boutique next door, awful experience.The older sale woman had no interest in helping me, when I asked if she had different styles she rolled her eyes as she was annoyed. I ended up leaving after feeling not welcome; While I like to support small business in town this was one I don’t anticipate to support.

Richard was so kind when I asked him for suggestions to help out a shelter I work for. He provided me with a pair of shoes and gave a suggestion about the sizing. :)

Always a pleasant experience when we go for our son's shoes! Everyone that we have had measure and sell shoes have been super helpful. They bring out a wide variety of shoe, I've never felt pressured to buy allll of the shoe options they bring out. They listen, I feel educated every time I ask what feels like a dumb question about shoes. We love going; every time we get a free balloon. I love the reminder post cards that we get, they usually come right on time. I wish there were more stride rite stores!

This place is great. Good, old fashioned service that really doesn’t exist anymore. I was tired of buying cheap sneakers all the time for my kids. I found out some things about their feet I didn’t know and I’m glad I have the right shoes for them now. You will spend a little more but for something that will last longer.

The customer service I experienced with Richard today was PHENOMENAL. Being in retail myself for several years, I am sometimes a harsh critic, however I don’t remember the last time I felt this comfortable in a store making a purchase, let alone for my stand offish “pandemic baby”. She is approaching 2yrs old and her tantrums were kept at bay with Richard. He approached us with a balloon right away and made my daughter feel so comfortable trying on shoes and just being in the atmosphere in general. We will absolutely be a repeat customer, I will not shop online specifically because of him. What an asset to the company! Thank you Richard!

We always bring the kids here for sneakers. It's the only place that gets the kids size right every time. The service has always been friendly and the kids love that they always get to leave with a balloon <3

We had such a nice experience today! The young lady who helped us was so friendly and and helpful. She fit my child and helped us pick the right size for long term use of her new kimik water shoes. They sell good quality products. Very satisfied- they even gave her a valloon- it was really more of an experience than just a regular shoe purchase. We will be back

I had a great experience shopping here today for my 6 year old. They measured her feet, bought out all shoe styles we were interested in that were in her size. She was able to pick out which ones she liked and tried each pair on. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Happy daughter, happy mom. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

This store is so clean and friendly, the entire staff is wonderful. There’s always a good selection of shoes for my daughter & they are very patient with her trying them on. It’s a little bit more money than going to target or old navy, but you get what you pay for. These last way longer and have way more support for a young walker.
