Dirtiest Stop and Shop in Suffolk County. From the filthy doors to the poorly kept produce, I don't understand how this store is still open. The BATHROOM!!! So disgusting. It smells so horrible. Everything is coated in dirt. Urine on the floor. Sink is loaded with grime. Used toilet paper on the floor. Stay away from this grungy, disgusting stire.

Self serve, scanner requires help every other item. Produce old, wilted, often mildew. Meat mostly prepackaged cello pack. No butcher. I now do bulk of shopping elsewhere, come here only for sale items.

For a grocery store being right in the heart of Sayville on Main Street, this place is honestly a travesty. Having lived here for a year now it's been made very obvious whoever owns this spot does not give a crap about their customers or experience here or how they portray their town. Busted olllllld carts, constantly missing essential products and just plain out of date. What are you guys doing over there?!

I'm not sure if the delivery drivers are associated with the store but they have some attitudes. Apparently $5 isn't a good enough tip for 2 minutes work. I've gotten attitudes from two drivers so far, the next one who try's that will get quite a surprise.

Jeanine is the best....if you are online shopping for pickup, ask for Jeanine. She truly cares about the quality of the items she chooses for her customers and makes sure they are packaged correctly. Always a smile and keeps me coming back....
