I learned more in a 10 minute call with Ariel than I did in 3 visits to my local plumbing supply store. He even sent me a link to purchase what I needed online, so that I wouldn't have to travel 2 hrs to his store for the part. Who does that????? Amazing service.

Came home Christmas night to no heat. The next morning was a Saturday. Was desperately trying to find a replacement for the blower motor on my 70 year old oil boiler. It's not a common current part due to being lower RPM than they use these days in newer setups. These guys were not only open early on a Saturday the day after a holiday, but had what I needed and were very friendly and helpful. Found my go-to plumbing supply place!
