“I placed a pick up for wash and fold on their website and they never came, I called and they couldn’t help me cancel my order or locate the driver.” That was my initial review, then the owner contacted me right away and he was able to rectify the situation and I received my laundry today with no other issues. The owner was very attentive and helpful and I will continue to use their services.

My washer has been broken so I decided to try Sayville Suds. Had a good experience. Was clean. The workers were friendly. They recently did some upgrades so that was nice as well. Would definitely go back.
