I have used sayville discount tire tons of times in the past.
Brought them tires to mount and balance. Always fair priced and never an issue.
Went on a Saturday. Not a car in the parking lot and guys just standing around. Asked if they had time to mount and balance 4 tires.
Told me they don’t mount other peoples tires on Saturdays only Tuesday through Friday.
I would understand if they had 5 cars door to door and guys were running.
They were standing around and rather not make any money then make a few bucks.
Won’t be using them again. There were always convenient and fair.
Time to find someone else.

Went in cos my “ck tire pressure light” kept coming and staying on. I knew it was cos my battery had died and needed a jump. But wanted to be sure all was well before a long trip. Took me in right away - even tho it was their lunch. Checked the air pressure and reset the ck engine gauge. So quick, efficient and reliable. Appreciate their great skills - persons and business.

Great local business. If you ever need tires it's a local business and will work with you in need of tires. If you need tires ordered they will work with you and order it ahead.
Will fix flats and balance tires. Definitely recommend to anyone

I just moved into the area and am glad to find a reputable tire shop close by. John helped me out by putting in a warranty claim on a tire I didn't even buy from them when others wouldn't. That's how you make customers for life. Thank you so much!

For full transparency, I selected Sayville Discount Tires as my installer for tires purchased from Tire Rack. First issue; I tried to call them several times throughout the day on a Monday to schedule an appointment and nobody ever picked up. Finally, on Tuesday; a female employee answered the phone and was extremely curt to the point where I felt like I was bothering her for even trying to make contact. At this point I should have started to see the writing on the wall. Tells me, "we don't make appointments" and directed me to "just come in" when I was sure my items were delivered. Fine; next issue, the biggest problem I have, is I selected this installer based on the pricing structure indicated by Tire Rack; they were listed as one of the cheapest in my area within a reasonable driving distance. I get there this morning and I'm told by Patrick "yeah, Tire Rack doesn't know our prices" and that price was nearly $50 more than I expected, coming out to be even more than my usual tire installers! I ended up paying it because frankly, expending the time and energy to transport the tires to my usual shop just didn't make sense at that point. Mind you this isn't some difficult to install car; it's a 1999 Oldsmobile with 60 profile tires. Had I known the pricing wasn't accurate I would have gone a different route and not driven 25 minutes out of my way to pay more. Definitely won't be going back and definitely not giving any recommendations to them. But what bothers me most (and should concern Tire Rack as well), was basically the dismissive attitude towards the pricing Tire Rack lists. Factoring the additional $50; I might as well have gone to my usual local guy in the first place and not have bought anything from Tire Rack or have any interaction with Sayville Discount Tires in the first place...

I wanted to bring business to a local company. I was told that they can't help me for at least a month. I just wanted to mount and balance tires. They are so full of themselves. They lost my business. I have bought numerous sets of tires from them. Not anymore. If they are upset I didn't buy this set of tires and rims from them, they should have worked with me. There price was over $1000 more then I payed. I was still trying to give them some business.

Moving soon to P.A., and I will miss this place, wouldnt go anywhere else for tires, have a flat, done in 10 minutes, ect.
