“I love Jost! It's the only place I trust with my favorite clothes. The staff is amazing and friendly; and the service is cheap and professional! I don't normally leave reviews, but this place always goes the extra mile when it comes to my laundry. I don't live near it anymore, but whenever I have something special that I don't trust other laundry places with, I bring it here. I couldn't recommend it more.”

“At the start of the pandemic, these guys were the closest to me who were still running (my usual place had shut their doors). The owner is super prompt, kind, and helpful. These guys kept going and never shut their doors. I am eternally grateful they remained open and helped take one thing off my plate while I worked through the shut down.
Edit: After several years and an ownership change I stand by this review. The new owners are a wonderful family and are incredibly kind, I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“My wife and I have been taking our clothes here for years and we've never had a problem. Everyone is always really nice and accommodating. You can feel comfortable dropping off your clothes to be dry cleaned here.”

“I saw some of the reviews of the guy who works at the front for being rude but it is absolutely not true! I don’t know the other’s feedback but I can utterly tell as a regular customer that me and my family have got a great service from him all the time and he has a good manner! As someone claimed in the reviews that the man in the front did not care about the lost items is true since the shop doesn’t take responsibility for the lost items in the first place!! You need to come back and find your own items instead of giving a call if you think you left it! Plus, the machines are clean and I’ve always had a positive experience from both workers and the shop for years!!”

“Awesome place . Staff is helpful & will let you know if a machine is broken & if I forget something behind when I leave , like my detergent they’ll tell me . Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . “Crazy busy in the afternoon and evening. The best time to ho is during the day closer to morning time and after 11pm. You have to pay for the dryer even if you wash your clothe for $25 per 15minutes but atheist they come out really dry.”

“The owner Young is very helpful and gave utmost care to my clothing both for dry cleaning and alterations. She did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I have been coming here for over a year now and will definitely be returning. Plus, you can have your coats cleaned and preserved and stored for the next season for free. Who can beat that? Well deserved.”
“As far as dry cleaners go, for me this place is good for alterations and pressing pants/shirts. They do it all and have been here for years. Be sure to request straight crease for your pants or else you'll get no crease. All pressed items are perfectly starched. Highly recommend.”
“I come here to do laundry every week. I never have an issue unless I go on the weekend. It's sometimes busier then and so machines are scarce.This past week, several pieces of clothing came out with oil stains all over them. I had never had this happen before. I've been using the same tide pods for years and I only wash with cold water. I was so confused. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but then I noticed stains all over a pair of $80 jeans that are brand new. I mentioned something to the staff and they said they looked like oil stains.They offered to take the clothes and wash them with dawn for me, to try to get the stains out. This was very nice of them and didn't expect them to do that.I will continue to use this place. They made an extremely stressful experience much easier. (I hate doing laundry. I hate crowds and people.)”

“I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. Probably the entitled Karens... I've been going to this cleaners for years and they never have disappointed me. The woman in the front is super nice and always listens to me. The man who occasionally comes to the front just doesn't speak english well so he comes off angry or mean, but once you talk to him he is funny. They always give my clothing clean and always exceeds my expectations. And i love how big and CLEAN this cleaners is.”
“I have been going here for over 20 years, I used to do my laundry but now I drop off and pick up clean folded laundry. Rosa is wonderful and pleasant very accommodating. The cost is really inexpensive when you account for your own time saved! I moved about 15 miles east of here 3 years ago and still make it a point to bring my laundry here. They are very helpful to older and or handicapped clients also. I highly recommend this laundromat!!!”
