Very poor service i went for my annual wellness exam my appointment was at 10:15 but she called me for the exam at 10:30 and did not knew how the wellness exam procedure work they need more staff also only one girl was working

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely livid at the experience I had with my 11 month old. We had to have routine bloodwork done so I scheduled an appointment here for pediatric blood draw. I brought my first here two years ago and we were in and out within 5 minutes. No poking around her arm, no crying. Nothing. I brought my second here yesterday and I will NEVER come back again. First, she couldn’t find a vein. I watched her try and get one to come up but there was nothing there. I saw her grab the needle and I said you see one? Because I definitely didn’t. She says yes then grabs my babies arm. Baby started to cry before the needle went in then she literally stabs my baby in the arm WITHOUT finding a vein. She then lifts the needle up in her arm and I said are you supposed to do that? Then she proceeds to move the needle from side to side like she was fishing for a vein. I said stop! We’re done here. Made her remove the needle and stood up to get the hell out of there. She puts on a bandaid and gives me my insurance card and script. I am extremely angry, upset and sickened that I had to subject my baby to that horrible experience when we couldn’t even give any blood. Our pediatrician said if they have to poke more than once then they don’t know what they’re doing and leave immediately. That’s exactly what I did and we will never be back. This place is not equipped for children like it used to be.

So My son and I got blood work done, i actually moved from the one in islip to the one in sayville because of this one nurse(she wears glasses), and today she was as the one who got my blood work done. She is very rude and very aggressive when putting in the needle, she is always very harsh when grabbing the arm to after the shot. i really wouldn’t recommend her working there at all because she was the main reason why i left the one in islip. i’m very disappointed , my son who nevers cry’s, cried today because of how aggressive she was and how many times she poked his arm. she shouldnt be working there not worth anything. When she put the needle in me she pushed it more in, this is not the first time i got blood work done but this is only time where i never felt such a pain like this, i started shaking. and then she just ripped out the needle with no love or anything

The phlebotomist is exceptional!!Very fast and easy procedure at this location!!My "go to" for lab work???

I don’t know why this location received negative reviews. I walked in, no appointment and was brought in right away. The tech was extremely gentle.

Always a pleasant experience even though you're having blood work done! Today, Babiana was so kind! My 16 year son gets so nervous when getting blood drawn. She was so patient and caring. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you ?

Mask required. Why is it that medical facilities that require you to use a mask do not have any, not one .Not one extra.I was told that by the staff that they could give me a USED ONE!Presumably out of the garbage because where else would it be ABSOLUTE TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!.Make up your own mine but I know I'll never use them.Imagine what else they're re using.

This place so nasty, there a black girl she is secretary, she very rude with me. I have my STAT test and she said not possible give me my test in the same day.
