Went for ear muffs. Found a decent pair. Found a terrific vest near my bday, I cldnt pass up, and upon fitting arrival he had found a head band that matched the vest and was in fact better, warmer, and cheaper. Going back. Im always cold. Its not about fancy—quality is there.

Terrific fur cleaning! All the way from California, I brought in my white mink and fox jacket which had yellowed over time and they brought it back to nearly original color! It is now fluffy and wearable again

This is the only place to purchase quality leather and furs. The service is amazing and friendly. The owner was there to help out with any questions. I couldn't be happier with the courteous service and expertise. They also have some of the most beautiful dresses.

(John Pappas Furs) I called the Friday before Thanksgiving, no answer, and again on Saturday and Sunday, and still no answer. I reached a person on Monday and told her I would like to pick up my furs on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I told her that I thought they went out of business, that there was no answer for a few days, and I was told they have a new phone system. Ok, now fast forward to Wednesday, and I go to pick up my furs. Well, I wasn't on the schedule, but I spoke to the girl on Monday who said they would be ready Wednesday. I was then told, and she showed on their receipt, that they "require 5 days in advance notice for picking up garments". Well I did call on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to no avail. I told the girl that this also happened to me last year as well at this establishment. At this point, having taken off of work, I said let me just have my coats back, and was told this cannot be done, as they are in the vault and the only one that can open the fault is the owner. I left pretty pissed off at this point. John Pappas called me on Friday and apologized for this mishap, and offered me half price for next year's storage. When I got there, I realized I already paid for storage when I dropped the coats off, and asked if I could get 50% off now and was told NO, that's for future storage. There definitely won't be a next time at this Furrier, and I guess I shouldn't have paid in advance either.

I have been shopping at Pappas furs for years...and storing ALL my furs and leathers with them. My furs have come back beyond puuuuurrrrfect and immaculate!! I trust John and his staff implicitly and never do I walk out without something new....much to my husband's chagrin. A beautiful, trustworthy shop and the owner, John, has a BIG heart. He even took my old floor length mink coat that I never wore, and made it into a car coat with a hood that I lived in all winter. Great job!!!
