“The team at Greater Syracuse just did a great job for me. Jon was a great help with a difficult commercial white glove delivery. He was proactive and did a pre site visit and informed me the equipment specified would not be able to installed at my customers locations. He worked with my on site contact and myself to find a solution. Then when the equipment arrive at their warehouse if was freight damaged. His staff inspected the equipment noted the damage so we would not be stuck with damaged goods. When the replacements came in, he made all the arrangements with my sight contact and made the delivery. He then sent me an email (without being asked) letting me know the delivery was complete and even included pictures of the equipment setting in place. The chef was so happy he fed the entire delivery crew. I will definitely use them again for commercial equipment deliveries in the Syracuse area.”
“My friend and I were traveling from Denver Colorado to Maine. My stator went out on our way home. From the moment I called (30 minutes before they closed) they were super supportive. They stayed a little later just to make sure my bike was towed there safely and they made sure it was just the stator that was the issue. They were diligent about finding a stator for a 2007 kawasaki ZX10r which wasn't easy lol but they got us in and out as quickly as humanly possible. Treated us with nothing but respect and made sure we were good before getting back on the road. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend”
“Have been to this location multiple times. It looks like it’s under new management as of a year or two ago. Had a minor issue with my reservation but it wasn’t anything that they weren’t able to fix. Natalie helped me out on 2 different occasions. Both times she was attentive, accommodating, and respectful. Inside the facility was clean and organized. The truck rental was reliable. This location also has climate controlled storage… highly recommend this U-Haul location.”

“A-Verdi/Versatile has been great to work with this Summer. Both Emily and Patty (our two Reps) were very helpful and always prompt to respond and help us out during a very chaotic Summer season. Not only was the Admin team great, but the boots on the ground were on their A-Game too; he checked every trailer/office for safety and would catch anything that was even close to being in need of repair. We'll be using them again in the future for sure! Thanks so much folks!”
