Brought my vehicle in for an estimate. I had some white paint scrapped on it. Mark Glen took a look at it, went into the shop and returned with a damp cloth. He worked on the area for a few minutes and all the paint was gone. Like New! He did not charge me for his time and effort!! That certainly says a lot about this business.Service: Painting

Well just to put it out there no one referred us to these guys, I found them on my own, after Midas in yorkville told me i had a bearing in my transmission going out. So i dropped my car off this morning without notice may i add. I spoke with someone before hours even, because I wanted them to know the car was there. Well long story short..... Midas didn't know what they were talking about. Instead of ripping me off and saying oh yeah it's a bad transmission give $1200.00. He instead called me up and said, hey bud it's not the transmission. However it is a wheel bearing. So I paid and had the wheel bearing fixed. They said oh it still makes a little noise if you want to have the brakes checked bring it back and we will check them for free. Ok ok enough said. Anyone looking for a great mechanic Murcario's is the place to go. I will never take my vehicles to anyone else FACTS. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL TO MY FAMILY AND I. My husband just called the Sauquoit office because our car is broke down. 24/7 towing, huh? Nope. We were told that if the car wasn't being towed to the shop, he wouldn't come out at night. (7 pm) Horrible service and will never call again.

Had a tree land on my wifes 2006 Accord during storm. Mercurio's towed the car to their shop and had it back to me ASAP. With all the damage it had the car was returned as good as new & clean inside and out. Our 2018 Honda CRV is going in next for complete re-paint from the April 2018 storm that left it all scratched up. We trust the service provided to us. Mark Mercurio and his crew are professionals all the way.
