We would definitely use them again if we needed to. They were honest, on time, and very courteous . It's nice to be able to use a locally owned business who obviously strives for excellence.”

“A great job was done on my daughter's car. The displayed price for the wiper blades was cheaper than what was going to be charged. I mentioned this to the man I spoke with, and I agreed to purchase the blades. Upon my return, I was disappointed to see that the pricing above the blades had not been removed or updated. A different man rang us up, and I mentioned the pricing discrepancy. I felt that this was a bait-and-switch tactic. I expect businesses to be ethical, and the man offered to give me the blades for free. I appreciated the offer but declined, and he charged me the displayed price. This was a fair resolution for both of us.”

People are very friendly. I could reach out to them any time and got reply instantly. My car was fixed faster than I expected and my six-year old car now looks like a new one! “Bought my car here 5 years ago and have never taken it anywhere else. Awesome place! Have always told me honestly if something was wrong and doesn’t charge unreasonable prices to fix the problems. I needed a new muffler , thought it would take over a week to have my car back. Not even 2 days later my car was all done and like new underneath. Thankfully never had to go for anything major, but even if we did, I know it would be fixed perfectly and quickly. Best SAAB guys around.”
