Danielle was very prompt in her response to the situation and was very eager to make sure I was satisfied. Customer service is excellent and I would definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I have always used the flower garden for special occasions and recently used them for our wedding. They are as talented as they are easy to work with. Their flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. I would highly recommend using the flower garden for any occasion but especially weddings!

Danielle is a saint! as another florist I came to town 2 hours away to deliver VIP funeral pieces. One of the pieces forms failed, and I needed to remake the piece, she was so kind and helpful and allowed me to use her space and some materials. I'm so greatful
for her kindness! Thank You!!

Outstanding customer service! I placed an order in the morning and they were remarkably quick with the delivery. Also the Christmas arrangement they crafted was truly exceptional. I look forward to using their services again!

I ordered flowers for my brothers funeral. The flowers Never made it there. They didn't have the piece I ordered. I called them and they said that they have been trying to reach me . They emailed me . I told them my brother just died .. I'm not checking email. I said why didn't you call and she said we did and it said the call would not go through... I said that's funny ... everyone who called got through and she had the audacity to tell me I must of blocked her number!! So BEWARE... my brother in law left the funeral to get me some flowers.... This is unacceptable for any shop

Great customer service. Danielle is friendly, warm and courteous. She is awesome. Asked my flower preferences for an arrangement I was sending to a sick friend. It's good to know I have an ally in Saugerties for my flower arrangement deliveries.

Amazing experience, very flexible, and professional. We had so many wonderful compliments on how beautiful all the flowers were and how they "popped" with the fall background.
