I'm really glad I found Saugerties Shakti Yoga. It's a friendly, warm and comfortable environment in which to practice. All the instructors I've tried there are very good. I especially appreciate Erick's classes on the weekends. He's one of the best yoga instructors I've ever taken a class with. I especially like how he is very cognizant of alignment in poses, This has helped me correct poses I was not doing properly. But more importantly to me, he is absolutely inspirational in his encouragement and spirit. Thanks Shakti.

Jen is one of my all time favorite instructors. I’ve been a regular to the Thursday class at 6 basically since it started and I can’t tell you how wonderful she is! So inviting, funny and obviously knows exactly what she’s doing. Shakti is lucky to have her!

I love the knowledgeable instructors. They're supportive, encouraging, and patient. The routines are challenging and fun. The space is roomy and I like that there's a place to change.
