The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to… When it came down to an issue with my insurance, they did everything in their power to make sure that I was still able to get my medication. They went above and beyond just to help me out when they really didn’t need to… I strongly recommend using these guys as your pharmacy not only are they understanding but they’re extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile just to make your life a little easier. We need more people like the workers at this pharmacy. The people leaving bad reviews on this place were probably having a bad day and taking it out on this moms and pops pharmacy for no other reason but to make themselves feel better…. Don’t believe it for a second because this place is much better than most people give it credit for.

Having known the folks at Saugerties Pharmacy for more than a few years, I can honestly say I have never had a more caring, friendly, hands-on bunch looking after my medical needs! They have helped me to navigate the murky waters of our healthcare system, and are always there to provide advice and support. A respite from the impersonal, big-box pharmacies - I've nothing but praise for their kindness.

Sadly this is my second review Pete the pharmacist the owner the abusive individual who threatened to beat me up voided out my last review. I normally don't post reviews but I can't help but to give recognition when I find it necessary. This pharmacy hands down has the most considerate, kind staff that I have encountered up to this point. For example, I had a script sent to them last weekend and my doctors office failed to inform me until after they closed. Because they are not they typical chain pharmacy the following day Sunday they are closed. I wrote them through this page not thinking I would get anywhere,
