When I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with my car and continuously failing my inspection after a botched trip to Meineke, the crew at Grease Monkey totally took care of me. They were incredibly accommodating, and helped me to actually UNDERSTAND what was going on with my car instead of looking at me like a payday. They referred me to an excellent mechanic to get the work I needed done, and made me feel like a priority the entire time I came back to them. As an added bonus, their facilities are very clean and relaxing to be in (-:Getting your car serviced can be an incredibly stressful, anxiety-inducing, and daunting task-- especially for single women, young people, or anyone who has limited information about cars. “Showed up with no appointment and were taken inside in decent time. The workers were great and even realized our inspection was overdo. They did that right after our oil change and it didn't take long. The price was good even for full synthetic oil (for a van) and an inspection. We will go again.”

“Brought my 2012 Volvo S60 for A/C issues. Amanda was very pleasant and accomodating. Tom and team checked the car and recommended needed repairs on top of what the original issue was, which was greatly appreciated. We were not forced to have all those done, but we asked them to go ahead with it. The car is running in better condition than before we brought it in, and they ? fixed the A/C issue. Tom was kind enough to bring me home when I dropped the car as I had no ride back, and it was only 5mins away from the shop. He was also very nice! Highly recommend them! So glad I found my new go-to mechanic!”
