Had my car towed here with a flat tire. Ryan was able to find a nail, plug it and save me the cost of a new tire. Everyone was very friendly and generous.

The whole Team, lead by their manager went above and beyond, did everything they could to finish my car in time.

Simple oil change in saugerties ruined my motor . Been with out a car for almost 2 months now . Lawyered up here ! Beware since the change over stay away from Monroe in saugerties

I called at 10am to make an appointment. Dropped the car off at noon. Was told it would take about 3 hours. I came back at 3. Saw them put my car in the bay. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Went outside. One of the guys saw me and said "Oh I didn't know you were here!" (I had spoken with 2 other workers at that point). Only then did they begin the car inspection. It took 20 minutes. Why did they hold my car hostage for 4.5+ hours?
