The people that work here have to be the absolute worst employees I have come across. I have used CVS in NY, Virginia, California, Ohio, Tennessee, and at least another dozen states. They are rude, condescending, and extremely SLOW. I have had to wait for antibiotics and pain medicine after having surgery for multiple days. Corp CVS really needs to do an overhall at this location. Now I remember why I use a small mom and pop pharmacy or the CVS in woodstock and kingston over this one. You are a business. There is zero reason for your employees to be this rude and condescending.

Sky is the absolute worst pharmacy employee at the Saugerties location. She started screaming at me when all I was trying to do is return a medication that was filled for someone but given to me in my name. Now I have a list of this ladies meds listed on my profile and possibly mine listed on hers as well. I am contacting corporate office to try and get this straightened out. In the meantime to all CVS pharmacy customers I would stand there at the register and make sure all medications you are picking up belong to you and not someone else. It could be a disaster not just the hippa like in my situation.

This used to be a reliable pharmacy to do business, but lately it's gotten to be horrible. Often lines of people, especially when it reopens after closing for lunch between 1pm&2pm. Surely, with all of it's staff, this is not necessary. Also, my wife picked up a prescription for me the other day only getting 5 pills for a regular 90 day supply, no explanation. Hopefully, management rights this ship soon.

After waiting on hold for 40 minutes and finally reaching the manager to get me to the pharmacy I was met with incompassion and condescending remarks by the pharmacist. This place needs to triple their staff to meet the needs of their customers and they need to hire professionals who have more acumen to basic customer service.

Zero stars!!! The absolute worst pharmacy in Ulster county. The pharmacy techs are rude, ill mannered swine who treat costumers like garbage. They are lazy, inefficient workers. The wait times are totally unreasonable for the amount of business this location has. This reflects very poorly on management and staff. Take your business elsewhere.

My husband, son and I went recently to the Saugerties CVS for our tetanus shots and were pleasantly surprised about how much the service and general attitude of the pharmacy staff have changed in just one year. Maybe they hired a new manager? Keep up the good work!

witnessed a store employee yelling at and extremely rude to another worker who was helping a customer. very unprofessional and rude, and harmful to the overall customer service, i believe the employees name was dalila, i feel for the other young worker who seemed to be working hard and caring towards the customers, i hope something is done about the unprofessional woman who was being rude

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around here people so rude they hate their jobs it’s sad as a customer to get treated the way they do and just smile at you place is a joke from now on Walgreens or village apothecary

I'm a retired RN with 40 years practice. Clients and patients frequently make inappropriate demands from the medical community. We are not your servants or your "mommie."This is a clean and well stocked pharmacy/convenience store (what pharmacies have become). The general staff is helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist that administered my inoculation was skilled and personable. I speak from experience; I've given thousands of such. If I require more than that I'll get a puppy.
