“Recently had a package sent to the wrong address made out by the postal worker. Individual went in limited English and gave the address needed to be sent to and the worker filled out the address completely wrong. Left out a digit on the address. I tracked down the location were it was delivered confronted the person and they said they sent it back to the sender. Still no package anywhere. Piss poor service. Updated 3/20/21, Postal Sup at local post office went above and beyond to help me with the situation. Many thanks for reaching out to track this package down and recover. Very much appreciated”
“I like this Post Office because it doesn't ever seem to be overcrowded. I'm giving leeway for Holidays of course because all Post Offices are more crowded then. I've never been there during Holidays. Staff is very helpful and when I brought a package in on one occasion they re-taped part of it for me without me having to buy extra tape. Very nice of them. It's conveniently located for all residents of Holland and Wales. Nice atmosphere.”
