“My daughter picked this shop after researching on social media. She wanted her perfect dress for her prom in May. She picked the best place.. so many gorgeous dresses. We had a thing about not looking at tags so the"perfect" part was primary. But she found a perfect dress and it was unlike anything she previously had in mind AND the price ended up being under $500!!.We just need to pick up actual dress( diff color and smaller size) sometime soon and she will be the most gorgeous gal at the prom. “Lord knows I love a sale, especially when you see that most items around you are approximately $50-$200+ and you might be thinking: "There's no way I would spend that much money on clothes." However, there are a couple of factors to take into consideration. While it's true that you can find cheaper clothing elsewhere, how good is the material? How much time passes before it breaks, tears, becomes threadbare, or color drained? You can feel the quality of the clothes here, you can see it in the stitching. The patterns, and designs are distinctly unique, also; They have a sales rack in the back :-) That's where I headed and found the most gorgeous pair of pants. My friend also happened to find a gorgeous coat, and since the item was 75% off, I probably got my item cheaper than what it would have cost at a regular store. Service was exceptional. While we had the items we wanted to try on in our arms, an assistant quickly came over and got rooms ready for us. We didn't feel rushed or hurried. It truly was the best boutique we visited during our visit to Saratoga Springs. I highly recommend it.”

“Let me tell you. I don't tend to leave reviews for places, but this lovely boutique deserves one. I stopped in while we were in town for Dave Matthew's and I found this beautiful pink dress that I wanted to buy for my birthday in a few months. I left there for probably 5 minutes and when I came back, it was on the rack to be tried on. I talked to one of their employees, Alison, and she was super sweet and attempted to find the same size (they only had the one). I waited for a few minutes while someone tried on the dress and then gave up and went outside. Shortly after, Alison came out and called me back in. The lady didn't like it so she held it for me to try on. Long story short, I loved it and bought it. Alison might've been one of the nicest employees of any boutique I've been in.”

“Jim was the only employee I could find for help in Men’s suits. As a former employee I am deeply saddened to see a gigantic lack in the budget for associates who are the life of the store. No employees to be found? Men’s suits should be open for business and a department should have a staff. The only place in the store where there are employees is the cash register if you can even find it. Emily, Linda and Ellen were happy to help but only after I found them. I’m giving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for the employees, especially Jim. JCPenney’s needs to get a message here and remember why people are loyal customers. I know I was shopping for quality and value that’s why I was there instead of the competition across the street. The employees are what makes the store the best! Don’t forget to pay them for full time jobs. Hire more so life long customers and former employees can shop here and be proud of the retailer legacy that is JCPenny!!!”
