First, I must say I do not like to shop for anything. Lisa R made our experience relaxing and enjoyable. We made a decision to finish our renovations sooner than later, after our first meeting with Lisa. ( I have already shared our experience with 3 of our contractor friends.) You can trust Lisa to get the right products for your project, and honestly, you don't really need to show up at the showroom. She will handle the entirety of the job. I felt that she was on our "side" for pricing and cannot wait to see our finished project. Thank you for making this an easy process!

Winsupply was recommended to me by the plumbing company I hired for my bathroom remodel. I worked with Lisa Russo on the pieces I needed to buy, and she was excellent!! She is very knowledgeable and helped me to narrow down my choices very quickly. The recommendations she gave me were spot on! I highly recommend working with Lisa.

Julia in the showroom, stay away!!!. Rude, Inconsiderate, and does not take responsibility when making a mistake. Made up the most insane excuses why a part was late. Even went as low as putting her staff down. Not a good way to do business.

WinSupply was a lifesaver. While we waited on other companies weeks/months to get us quotes for materials in remodeling two full bathrooms, Sherri from WinSupply was able to search their systems and find us IN STOCK items that fit our needs. She would not allow us to sacrifice design though :) We walked in and within 2 hours had a quote. Everything was delivered in 3 business days. Then when we had to exchange a tub/shower because OUR calculations were wrong THEY made it EASY to purchase the one we needed and deliver the new/pickup the one we didn’t need. The entire team was friendly. Sherri will now be my go to for any bathroom/kitchen design and remodel. Frank and Mike in the office were also fantastic to work with along with the whole office. One of the best companies I’ve worked with in Saratoga. Thank you WinSupply!

Just bought all my New Kitchen and New Bathroom accoutrements at Win Supply, got a great deal and everything was in stock, the salesperson was knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly. They even brought everything to my car. Great service...

We stopped in at Security Supply a few days ago. We found a kitchen faucet in the showroom but no one greeted us the first time or seemed to care that we were there. We left and looked at another store , not finding anything, went back to Security and literally had to go to the group of people sitting in the back and ask them to help us. The woman basically told me to go someplace else for a faucet. Obviously they're not interested in such a small sale.
