The service is always good. Today the gentleman is new. He told me 2nd day of work. But he has such good attitude. Trying to learn and working hard to make sure my refund was correct. That’s the type of service every customer would expect. Well done to the team in Saratoga. The other team mates also very patient to teach him step by step. Excellent team work

DO NOT MAKE PRINT ORDERS HERE! Made a print order online. UPS said it would be ready by 3:30pm. Drive 30 mins to the store to pick it up and the staff had no idea of the order. Said that the manager is the only one that has access to the orders and he was not there. Left a message to speak to the manager, no call back. Tried to cancel the order, can’t do that. Took an extra two days. Will not order here again. The only thing this place is good for is Amazon returns.

I was in this store recently and was here for a issue due to my package getting lost.. I was told by a worker to call customer service and that it wasn’t his problem it was so unprofessional, I was appauld at his demeaner. The young lady that I wasn’t able to catch her name unfortunately at the front was the only one in there helping me and explaining my situation to me politely but if recall correctly i believe her name tag spelled Michelle. It’s refreshing to see that good customer service still exists in this nasty world..

There is a tall and long-bearded man. His attitude is extremely hot and very rude. I don't understand why a simple thing can make him so irritable. He said that he has a lot of work because of the heavy workload. I hope his boss can increase his employees, so as not only his tough and irritable attitude at work. We carried in ten boxes of goods in the rain, and half an hour later, we came out with these ten boxes of goods.

Super friendly staff. Use this store all the time. Always great service. I'm sure it's gets busy at times but never when I been in there. I haven't had to wait in any lines. Highly recommend the people who live in Saratoga to use this store!

Had to ship a return box and was having trouble understanding how to do the label. I was told they don't do that stuff and I would need to go to Latham. I traveled an hour and a half to this store and they wanted me to drive further down to another one. I HAD TO CALL THE UPS NUMBER JUST TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO, ON TOP OF BEING CHARGED $21 BECAUSE I WROTE THE LABEL WRONG AND UPS HAD TO FIX IT. THIS WOULD OF BEEEN AVOIDED IF THE 2 GUYS BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD OF HELP ME INSTEAD OF HELP ME OUT THE DOOR. There was an older woman whoa was told the same thing when I was in there. She tired to explain that she doesn't understand cell phones and they didn't care, also sent her out the door with out helping even after she explained her situation (not knowing newer technology)
Left the store just thinking its the worse ups store ever, now I will be contacting ups company about this store to complain since I'm now being charged fees that would of been avoided if they helped me fill out a return label.

Have been very happy coming here for years. If you saw the situations people threw at the folks who work here you would go ?♂️, my meaning is some folks are unreasonable. One very important thing to always keep in mind, the UPS Store is a franchise NOT UPS, not a problem for me but be aware. If you have a problem they can’t help you at the store, you get to call the automated system when you call UPS (the actual company) with any issues & that’s how I had to file an insurance claim once outta the hundreds of times I have shipped. The store can’t help you with claims, ever, it is a franchise.

Does not have a notary on staff - February 2024.Reading through the reviews this location has refused to stop advertising they offer notary services even though they haven’t offered this service in what appears as over 2 years.

Was just there and they now have it roped off with a line that starts to the left which I couldn’t see the opening. the guy behind the counter with a beard helping a couple tells me the line starts over there. So I walk over and I hear him say to the couple it would help if people could read. I couldn’t believe it what is wrong with people. I guess it’s true what they say it’s hard to find good help.

I recently moved to Saratoga and frequently use UPS. At the other locations I’ve used I’ve never had an issue so when I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience I wrote it off as a bad day for the guy behind the counter. I have now been there three more times and have had the same experience. Won’t print labels, won’t sell boxes (only offer to pack for you at an exorbitant cost), not welcoming nor friendly, long waits with only 1 out of 3 employees helping a long line of customers and finally a direct refusal to ship a package. They stated that they are a customer of UPS (?) and that I would have to drive to a corporate location a half hour south or another located a half hour north. I went to Staples 5 minutes away and they were not only able to ship it but very nice about it.I will not be returning to The UPS Store #1526.
