Night and day difference with the new service staff. Pleasant, helpful, timely. Amazing change! They even walk through the waiting area multiple times asking if you need a drink or snack. Can't say enough good things!

Made an appointment for my routine service. Told them I was waiting for it. Came back an hour later and it was sitting in the same place- the excuse was, 'we are busy.' Guess what, me too. See ya

Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware. See car in person first. Scrutinize selling agent. Everything seemed great with my recent purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Corolla Hatchback. I had been looking all over for this particular model, and this one seemed to check every box. The agent, Lee Garrand, was very supportive leading up to the purchase, which I had to make sight unseen due to it being somewhat far from where I live. He mentioned that there had been a small accident at one point, but that the insignificant dent was fully repaired and unnoticeable. This helped me feel that New Country Toyota was a trustworthy institution and I felt OK about purchasing the car before seeing it in person. I wish the dealership had been as honest about the interior condition of the car as the exterior. It was never shared with me that the previous owner had been smoking cigarettes in the car. Upon arrival, when Lee was showing me the car (which was already purchased) I opened the door to find a cigarette burn in the passenger seat. I expressed my disappointment, and Lee just said "Yeah I just noticed that this morning. You can have it fixed somewhere for $50." I wish I had taken greater pause at this moment, but it felt too late to make a fuss. The car smelled like new when I purchased it, but within a couple weeks when the deodorizer began to wear off, I and my passengers began noticing the distinct smell of old musty cigarette smoke. On multiple occasions, I have been asked by friends and coworkers if I had been smoking cigarettes in my brand new car (It would have surprised them greatly). This really bothered me, and I reached out to Lee. I asked about both the smell and the cigarette burn, citing that it felt like I was not given this very important information before spending $25k on the car. I explained that one of the reasons I was buying Certified Pre-Owned was the added confidence that the car had been taken care of. After weeks of phone tag and long gaps in communication, he responded with a message that addressed the smell, but never mentioned the burn in the seat. His manager had offered that I could drive the car all the way back to Saratoga and leave it there for a day while they "Ionized" it. The machines that ionize are about $80 and I decided to do that myself. I asked about the cigarette burn and it was another few weeks before I finally had to reach out again to hear him say "My manager said no, nothing we can do for you." Assuming this car was leased before it was put on the market as Certified Pre-Owned, the responsibility for the loss of value on this car should have fallen on the leaser. And I, as the buyer, should have been informed that this car was smoked in and damaged by the previous owner. If none of that was possible, then I would have expected Toyota to make some kind of effort to make me feel better about this massive purchase. If New Country Toyota had been honest about the cigarette burn and smell, I would have asked that they address these things before I buy it, and if they couldn't, I would have bought the same model elsewhere.I never leave a negative review. I hope this review stands out to prevent this from happening to another buyer.

I had to have some body work done on my Lexus and brought it here. I had one visit to get an estimate and another to do the work. The service I received was beyond exceptional. I had personal interactions with 4 different associates and all were friendly, helpful and extremely capable. The whole vibe was very pleasant. I felt like they were actually happy to have me as their customer. I highly recommend this business and commend the management for setting a tone of excellence which was reflected in the facility, the personnel and the service. Bravo!

I HIGHLY recommend Dan Miller of New Country Toyota. He reached out to me and was COMPLETELY STRAIGHT FORWARD about pricing and availability of a Corolla.

My recent visit to the service department was excellent. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and when my car couldn't be finished on time I was notified early enough to make arrangements for other transportation. Thank you !

After walking in to the sales department, I stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I informed them I was interested in buying a Rav4. They told me they had none. I asked for recommendations. They told me to just call around. Evidently due to the inventory shortage, customer service isn't required.

I had nothing but trouble from the moment I walked in. I found a car online that I loved and went in to test drive. John Kirkman helped me that day. I was waiting for a check from my insurance company so we made plans to come back at a later date to purchase. When we came back to take home our new vehicle, there was a noticeable chip in the windshield and a chip on the door. Both on the same side. We immediately brought this to John's attention and were promised that it would be taken care of that week. For the next month I went back and forth doing everything that was asked of me and even drove there 4 times just to be told to come back. Finally John tells me a definite day and time. I spoke with him the morning of and he said we were good to go. We get to the dealership and find out John had quit that morning and didn't have a record of any of his promises to us. Thankfully Brian stepped in and had the chip in the door fixed but they did not fix the windshield. I ended up being charged for things I was never told about and overall was an awful experience and would not recommend them.

I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance as well as an ongoing problem with the shifting. For the second time, they were unable to find anything wrong with it. I had been in contact with the service manager after my last visit and even provided him with documentation of other 2019 Ravs having the same issue. He assured me that we'd get to the bottom of it. I emailed him about a week before my scheduled visit to give him a heads up that Is be bringing the car in, and I was hopeful that the issue would be addressed. He never bothered to respond. In addition to this, I was extremely disappointed in their "shuttle service". It was completely disorganized. I had called ahead to let them know If like to use the service, but when I got there I waited nearly an hour before the service was available. It was even worse when we called to be picked up. They couldn't give us any kind of estimate as to how long it would take, so we ended up standing outside in 37 degree weather for an hour because we didn't want to miss them. I wouldn't have minded waiting, but I could've been inside and warm if It's been given a general timeframe of when they'd be available. When I called after 45 minute, the woman I spoke to was completely dismissive. She just told me they'd be there shortly. I won't be returning.

Bought a used Hyundai Elantra GLS with 61k miles. Went for an oil change (it was free with my purchase) and waited 2 hours. TPMS sensor failed days after, so I went to Midas. They asked if I had just gotten my oil changed. Turns out the repair shop at Toyota overfilled the oil. Went back to have them flush it out and to apologize for the "inconvenience," they gave me a coupon for 3 free oil changes. Like I would ever go back! Threw them in the trash. Also have been trying to cancel my gap insurance as it doesn't make sense to keep it with the amount I now owe. Needless to say, I am still dealing with the gap insurance. I've been paying as much as possible towards my principal so these scumbags don't keep getting their 8.99% interest on a $7,900 car. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
