I have shopped and loved Target for years but today's experience opened my eyes to the laziness and unethical work practice of their employees. I purchased (6/21) a coffeemaker I thought was on sale for $10.00 off. After checking out and inquiring why my purchase was so high, I was directed to customer service. I was told sale ended 6/16. They did nothing to honor their mistake that was up 5 days still after sale. Management needs to talk to their employees and honor a mistake they made. After all these years I learned I have to read the signs better to make up for their laziness. ?

I feel like this Target has really gone downhill these past few years. They were great 5+ years ago. Now the store is a mess, random items all over the place. There were no cashiers, self-checkout only the other night, so the line was backed up and the wait was very long. I would go out of my way now to shop at a cleaner, more organized Target.

I normally LOVE Target but their new app is awful.
I shopped for in-store pickup and though the pick-up process was smooth, the new Target App for shopping is AWFUL. I wouldn’t send a friend or family member to this train wreck of a shopping app. It was excellent before - and you ruined it.
UPDATE: Target’s app is pretty good now. I use it all the time. The one thing they could improve is by providing more details (address, map) when changing pick-up store.

CSR immediately took my purchase information and retrieved my purchase. He was polite and alert.

The target in Saratoga Springs is so well stocked and neat and organized and the employees are so helpful!

This place has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff that work the customer service counter are always rude and miserable. They make customers feel like a burden for needing assistance. I don’t care how busy you are at the time, you should always be respectful to customers. I don’t know how some of them still have jobs! ??

I bought a couple Yoplait "OuI" containers at this target 2 days ago. after consuming half of one of the containers, I felt weird and ill. I took a peek at the expiration date, and behold, over a month ago. I went back to ask for some money back or whatever, got my $1.59 back... and I went to check the fridge and there it was, "Best By Dec 22, 2023", on the shelf of this target on January 26th 2024. Overall, disappointed with customer service, and dissatisfied with freshness of products.

I ordered items for pick up at my local Target. I appreciated that I had a window of several days to get my items and when I got to the store, it was super easy and fast to get what I ordered.
