Although a frustrating experience with the delay I have to admit that the Furniture House does offer very high quality furniture. I am very satisfied with our sectional. I would definitely buy from them again because of the high quality.

Dale at the Saratoga Lk. store did an outstanding job in helping us select our living room and dining room furniture. The store has a wide range of quality furniture selections and will search for what you want if they don't have it. I wanted a particular style and size desk that Cathy at the Queensbury store worked with Amish craftsmans to have it custom made. The desk is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Furniture House for excellent customer service and quality furniture. Jackie G.

I love The Furniture Store!!! I have worked with them several times, and each time I am happier! Dales has helped me with a couple of rooms in my house, and is wonderful! She has gone above and beyond to make sure my choices fit my room, my home, my lifestyle and my budget! She even comes to my house at delivery to be certain everything is perfect! Mario, the owner, has bent over backwards to give the best customer service available! Honestly, I know they care that the customer's happiness is what is most important, and I am grateful!!! I will always come back, and am so very appreciative ~ thank you and I wish all businesses were run like yours!!! See you soon!!!

This was our second purchase from the Furniture House. We were so pleased with the service we received a couple of years earlier when we were shopping for a Stressless chair, we made this our first stop when looking for a replacement couch for our family room. We requested the service of the same design consultant, Rhéanne, since she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the various furniture products. Once we had navigated our way through the various rooms and floors in the store, asking her numerous questions about sizes, shapes, construction, comfort, durability, and who knows what else, we agreed to email her dimensions and pictures of our room. On our next visit with her, she even agreed to meet us in their Lake George/Queensbury location to show us examples of couches that were not at the Saratoga Lake location. At this point she was also able to show us a simulation on an iPad of how the pieces of furniture we were considering would fit in our room. Once we decided upon the particular couch and an additional chair, Rhéanne assisted us in choosing sample fabrics that we were able to bring home and see in the natural and artificial light of the room. The store even provided us with a template of the couch that we were able to place in the room to better visualize the couch's placement. It didn't matter how many times we needed to return and borrow additional sample fabrics to test in the room, Rhéanne was willing to take the necessary time to assist us in selecting what we were looking to achieve and to offer her valued advice and expertise which we so welcomed. The furniture is now on order and we are confident that we have made the best choices. Observing the other design consultants while we were there, we are confident that they are equally helpful. The choices available for furniture are almost endless here. It is all high quality furniture that is American made. There are also nice discounts available. NOTE: The map on Yelp is now correct.

This is a great place to find that perfect piece of furniture. We bought a set of dining chairs at an antique shop and needed a table to go with the set. We brought one of the chairs with us to the Furniture House to see if we could find a table to match. Mario, the owner, was very knowledgeable about our chair and helped us select a design for a perfect table. It was built for us from one of the quality Amish/Mennonite companies that they deal with. We were very impressed with how much time he spent with us to review the many catalogues before we made our final selections but when he saw our chair , he knew exactly what was needed. He even asked if he could keep the chair for a while to bring it to the company to make sure that they would match the stain exactly. He assured us that it would be carefully wrapped and transported. It took a couple of months to have the table built but it was well worth the wait! The table is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect match for our antique chairs. The delivery staff was very professional and took great care in delivering our table as well as a perfect accent piece that we also purchased from the showroom. And ,oh yes, our chair was returned in perfect condition. We can't wait to visit the 2nd location near Lake George. The Furniture House is a great place to shop if you want quality furniture at prices that aren't outrageous. Thank you to Mario and Rheanne for a great shopping experience.

Purchased a couch and recliner there today. The staff was very helpful and not pushy. They didn't hover so we were free to wander through the huge selection at will. When we were ready with questions they spent all the time we needed. Amazing selection of leather recliners and sofas in a variety of price ranges. The only down side was that many pieces were not marked so it was hard to compare prices. They willingly provided them when asked and had a great sale. They also price matched another store and gave free delivery. Will definitely go back!

Tons of furniture made in America. Lots of stuff, some campy theme'd, some contemporary, some more traditional. Nice mix, huge place with confusing but cool layout. Little help/staff on weekday nights. You can pretty much wander in, let the automatic lights click on, and go dance around at will. Nobody bothers you it's nice. A bit on the pricey side, but that's what happens when you buy quality furniture not made by a 15 year old in Southeast Asia OR furniture made from laminate that you assemble.
