Always pleased with the customer service. The associates always acknowledge you even when they are busy. On a previous visit, I also interacted with their IT associates & they are wonderful to deal with.

I was very unhappy with the quality of a color print job so came back with it the next day and a print tech graciously redid it to a much better result. Good customer service on fixing the oops jobs!
