I walked in, a young guy a the front register did not great or ask if I needed help. He stared at me in silence when I greeted him. Customer service skills can be taught to those at the front of the store. Your competitors have warmer and welcoming staff.

Framing came out great but beware I paid for the job upfront when I drop the picture off and good thing I had the receipt because he wanted to charge me twice, can't understand why he didn't put paid in full on his invoice,

Is this place still open ? Under new management ? I remember the old days with Jay in the art department and Sue at the front register. I was also friends with people in that bookstore. Strange that there are so few reviews for a LARGE store in a BUSY town .

Had a very nice time talking to the people here on Christmas Eve 2022. Great discussion and advice on my gifts for Christmas as well as their framing shop upstairs. Highly recommend looking around this place as they have a variety of items and services.

They are nice and helpful. Just expensive! Actually, they are EXTREMELY expensive! That's the only reason for the 3 stars. I would have done 5. The prices are just extremely high!! (For art supplies)
