Sydney at this store is the best! I chose a Sherwin color that was difficult to formulate and had gone to other stores with no luck. Nobody could seem to match the sample I had gotten properly and I was about to give up on the color altogether. I was in Saratoga and decided to try one more time and she matched it PERFECTLY within an hour. Was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this location in particular for their overall knowledge and great customer service.

The people who work there are very helpful. I do wish they still mixed up paint samples though. I end up going there to get color swatches and then walk over to a different store to have samples mixed. The 8"x8" stick on squares just don't do the job when evaluating a bunch of colors.

To speed up my paint order, I was able to order over the phone and also had one gallon I previously purchased colored in store. This was a quick way of getting in and out of the store altogether. Everything was taken care of in an efficient way.

The Sherwin Williams store in Saratoga Springs is the best place for paint and painting advice. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

It's worth the trip here first!I was going to buy my Paint and Supplies from a "Big Box" store.(I already had the sample and chip).We stopped in here to see what they had to offer and how the paint compared to the sample we had previously gotten.The associate we had was polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions.The Quality of the paint was also much better and ended up covering better then the sample we got from the big box store. Go to the Pros, (don't waste you time with people who really don't know)
