I absolutely love this store and got EXCELLENT customer service from Shelby! I bought my first cowboy hat here on my birthday and she wrote this sweet note and dropped it in my shopping bag. I was so impressed with their selection and how they helped me navigate choosing the best hat for me. This is a great place for locals or those visiting! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a curated, fun, and friendly western store!! I will be back to shop more!

Just went in with my family to buy cowboys boots. My dad was ready purchase boots at the labeled price $179.00 At the register they said the boots would be $360. They wouldn’t grant the price they were labeled at. Beware of buying products at this store as things are they are mislabeled. They lost sales on 3 more pairs of boots from us because of this.

Such a lovely experience I had shopping for cowboy boots at Saratoga Saddlery. The wide selection of styles and brands is phenomenal. The expert advice of Gina, store manager, guided me to make the best choice to match my style.

I was gifted an item from here that didn't fit. The customer service regarding getting anyone to call back has been really poor. I've called over 5 times, spoken to people who say they will be calling me back, but not once have they called back. I would not recommend this place due to poor customer service.
