This is one of my least favorite sallys locations,i regularly frequent latham plaza, hoosick st, and westgate plaza. I will say this store is more stocked than most but the manager really irritated me. I NEVER come to saratoga for anything but i was in town for a meeting and went in to grab my eva nyc shampoo. The manager followed me around the store and mentioned the credit card to me twice, i do not want to sign up for it. I was getting one product and was in and out. The other locations have offered me this before and accepted politely when i said i didn't want one. Nothing bothers me more in a retail store than an over zealous store manager with a tend to over push. Will not be coming back to this location if i am ever back in town.

I have shopped at this particular Sally’s location for years and have never had a bad experience. They are usually well stocked and all employees are very friendly and helpful.

Visited on 7/9/22 around 5pm. The employee at that time went above and beyond helping me and really took her time to recommend products I was interested in. Give that girl a raise!!

This is by far the best experience I have had in many years from a retail location. The manager is always happy and very helpful/knowledgeable. The other two ladies that are there are just as wonderful and pleasant to shop with as the manager. I have been in multiple times when they are all there and it is such a fun, welcoming, all inclusive environment. The store is neat, clean, and relaxing.

was very surprised to come in this friday and actually be helped by the manager. I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months now and I’ve only ever seen her gossiping on the phone in the back, or not there at all. my favorite girl is no longer there, probably won’t be going back

was at this location about a week ago, usually a good location. the manager walked off saying she was quitting angrily in front of customers. other girl (blond) that helps me regularly seemed very upset about to cry. service was excellent but the scene made at checkout will most likely have me going to another location.

Just forced to leave this store after two women windows masks in argued with me and cursed at me while the sales associate allowed it. I will not be shopping with your company and I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Most of the girls here are amazing. The service is great and a lot of the staff really know what they're talking about and if they don't, they don't bs ya. i luv that. Get a Sally's Beauty Card; save 10% on virtually everything in store and online!

For whatever reason, this company uses Certegy for their check process. I have a 740 for my credit score and have never EVER had a problem with my checks. For the first time in 30+ years of writing checks, they declined my check of 50.00...?! Certegy is being investigated for unethical practices. It is this reason I have cancelled my Sally card and will NEVER go back to this business ever again! Whoever's brainchild it was to use Certegy should get fired!
