The price is here absolutely insane!!!!
This company drastically gouges its customers!!
On top of that, the customer service is absolutely zero at best, and that's being gracious!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

We shop at multiple locations: Wilton and Saratoga. Over the past year, we have brought home expired food, packaged fruits and vegetables with mold on them or that have gone bad and my personal favorite, boneless chicken products with bone shards in them.
The quality control is abyssmal, there doesn't seem to be anyone except the store managers to report this too, which is useless, and we have wasted too much money on this foolishness. Food quality everywhere is terrible right now, but Market 32 charges a premium and the quality is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this chain.

Just learning of the chaos that ensued following a catering order for my baby shower and it seems the catering staff really messed up and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. My friend who handled the food was basically in distress to get this all done in time and the staff was not helpful.
Edit: They sent her a $20 gift card as an apology for a $500+ food order that was not ready for pick up, making her late to the shower. She lives in Buffalo and the closest Market 32 is 4 hours from her.

I got mac and cheese from the food bar and it was so dry but also soggy? I won't be eating from there again. I will however purchase my groceries from here.

As an employee here I drive my electric scooter here. It was locked up, and stolen from work. It is very unsafe to park here because vandalism and theft run rampant. Don't shop alone here.

I would rather come here than to the Hannaford that’s closer to us. The prices are really fair, the check out process is reasonably quick, and there is a wide variety of options!

The self check outs are absolutely ridiculous and the older women with glasses " supervising" them is rude. They're extremely difficult to navigate and the woman acts like it's a complete inconvenience for her to have to help. I must have missed the group training session on how to check myself out. I'll go to Aldi's or Hannaford next time. It's by far cheaper, and they actually have people on registers.
