PODS are great! This is the 2nd time we used them to move and both times went very smoothly. First time was for a short move but this time was about 1000 miles. Drop off and pick up went without a problem and the drivers were extremely professional and concerned about my property. Saved me a ton of aggravation having to drive a truck myself or dealing with a moving company that tacks on extra charges due to "weight miscalculations" and holds your property hostage until you pay. Highly recommend PODS to anyone!

We needed staged pick up and delivery due to remodel work being done at our new home. PODS provided this option for us which helped greatly. Also, l was glad that our goods were controlled by us and were not shifted around like other movers. That being said, it is difficult packing all your own "stuff" especially being older. If you are older consider getting some packing help!

I arrived to pick up my POD at the scheduled time today because they now don't deliver to my address. I had to drive an hour and a half with a Uhaul truck to arrive to an empty warehouse. The doors are unlocked, office lights on, but no one here. I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service and now they say a driver is 20 minutes away. I paid over $3,000 for this container and it has been nothing but a headache from the time it left Florida. I do not recommend PODS for anything more than a Florida/local move.
