Called on the phone, came in for a signup and had to deal with a new worker fumbling the keyboard. Disrespectful staff, I’d rather not workout than go to this place.

I live in Glens Falls but ever since ppl at the local PF replaced their ellipticals with absolute garbage from matrix I drive every day to Saratoga to do my cardio. Thank you for keeping the good ones.

Love coming here. Affordable and quiet. Staff are pretty cool. The only thing is I wish the locker rooms were sanitized more often. So many people sit on the benches naked and that's exactly how stds are spread. I never sit on the benches lol ever.

Must be 18 years old or older ! They have massage beds red light room
And tanning beds

Men allowed in women’s locker room. Unprofessional and uneducated staff. Much better gyms in the area without the drama and useless staff.

Preferred location excellent parking well lit parking lot the cleanest atmosphere, and GYM I’ve ever been to also having the best air circulation of any gym as well
