Nicole is fantastic, her office is always so ready to quickly help me with anything I need. I had a unique situation recently and she exhausted all options to get me the coverage I needed and the lowest cost possible. She’s upfront, informational, and amazing at what she does. There’s no other agents I’d rather be advised by. Her office is the epitome of “like a good neighbor state farm is there” they are always on the ready whenever I have an issue. It feels like talking to family every time I need to call. Nicole has been my agent since I was 17 I’m now 25 and I couldn’t imagine doing business with anyone else!

As a MI transplant, Karin and Nicole have gone above and beyond in 3 major ways since I started working with them June 2023.
1) Responsive and speedy same day DMV assistance regarding documentation to transfer my MI plan to NY.
2) At policy renewal right around Christmas, they both were diligent and meticulous with correcting my initial paperwork to save me over $60/month on my updated policy and having my retroactive credits applied.
3) I was in a car accident two days ago (not my fault and no one was injured) and Karin was proactive with the documentation that I could provide, sympathetic, and available to answer any questions along the way.
I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledgeable assistance. I highly recommend as they have earned my loyalty time after time. <3

I have had the pleasure of being with Nicole and State Farm for almost 6 years now... auto, home, boat, and umbrella policies. Nicole and her team has always been great anytime I've needed something along with communicating anything I need to know. I had an auto claim for the first time recently and the process was extremely smooth and easy. And just recently Nicole was able to save my parents over $100/month with the same or better coverage than they had, highly recommend Nicole and her team for all your insurance needs!

I receive top notch individualized service from an agent (Danielle) who really cares. My impression over the past several years:Extremely responsive to emails and helpful.Answers any questions I have, and eager to provide solutions.Knowledgable about insurance and coverages, and not pushy about adding policies or additional coverage (most agents seem to aggressively push for more coverage or more policies).She’s here to help provide the coverage you want and need.Like any agent, she can’t make up or lower premiums, but she ensures any potential discounts are known and/or taken advantage of. With that said, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the rates offered by State Farm.What more can you ask?

Above and beyond service. Nicole and Karin were so helpful in my first insurance experience I can't thank them enough. Extremely professional, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable.
