Download the app, pick a time, check in at the kiosk up front, and relax. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes, which doesn't seem unreasonable to me.”

“I'd say there was nothing to improve. The associate Nathan was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was able to go into the store, actually touch what I was looking for so I could choose exactly what I wanted, set up both devices and put case and screen protector on my phone as well as order the screen protector and the keyboard accessory I wanted for the iPad Air I brought home that day. I was not able to accomplish any of that in the 2 visits I had at the store that was in my immediate area. I was very happy with the fact that a store 20 minutes away from me was able to get me everything that I wanted”
