My mom bought the mattress set for me. The salesperson, Adam was extremely nice to my parents and myself. He listened to what we needed and was very helpful with suggestions. When the mattress set was delivered, there was slight problem. My Dad and I went back to Metro Mattress in Saratoga Springs and Adam, the salesperson that sold us the mattress set, went out of his way to fix the problem. Now sleeping on the mattress my mom purchased for me, it is a wonderful experience, and it is all thanks to the pleasant customer service by the salesperson Adam.

Don't do business with these people! We needed a box spring and mattress for a guest room on the 3rd floor of our big house. Metro Mattress delivered to our front porch and drove away so it was up to us to get it up the stairs. Turned out the box spring could not manage a tight turn onto the 3rd floor staircase so we couldn't use it. Asked Metro Matterss to take it back and they said NO WAY OUR POLICY IS NO RETURNS PERIOD UNDER ANY CONDITIONS. We called the corporate office and got the same answer. In a day when online mattress stores offer you a 60 day free trial this is an absurd policy. I hope they go out of business.
