Showed up on time to a previously confirmed appointment, only to have the ladies at the desk tell me that they booked someone for my time...taking the business elsewhere. Heard them also tell an older man who said his wife was in the back at her appointment, a very similar thing with his situation. The walmart of Optometry, and will treat you like ants.

Absolutely the worst place to go and get glasses. I went there on 7-11-24 for my wife to get glasses. Long story short, I was using my debit card to pay. No insurance, just cash. I was charged $729 which was taken out of my bank on 7-11-24 at 5:11pm. The system went down, but my debit card was charged. Even showed them right then and there that it went through. Well, they said they didn't get paid and it was stuck in the cloud and could take a few days to correct even though it came out of my account instantly.
Well, every day I called for a week and told them that they were paid, my bank even said they were paid, even my bank statement said they were paid on 7-11-24 at 5:11pm. They said they had no receipt of payment and it was on my banks end. I even went on 7-16-24 at 1:15 pm to physically show them the proof of purchase.
Needless to say, even after showing proof of purchase, FROM MY BANK, they did not care. They said they still did not get paid. They offered no help or resolution whatsoever. Not even a I'm sorry. They only said to dispute the charges withy bank. They were very snippy when I walked in and started to show them proof of purchase. Like I was wrong. I even said repeatedly just order/give me the glasses that I paid for, or refund the money since it's on your end, not my banks.
Well, needless to say, I filed a dispute, changed my debit card so they can't charge it again just I case. Now I have to wait God knows how long to get my money back and spend money I don't have so my wife can get the glasses she needs.
MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE 100% IN THE RIGHT!.
****UPDATE**** Well here it is 1 week after they posted on here to contact them, and 2 weeks after I initially went into the store and PAID for everything and nothing but crickets. Wow what a surprise when they said they would forward my concern to the appropriate store. What a joke. You mean the store that literally STOLE MY MONEY from me at this point!
My Bank said probably take around 90 days, depends on if they have anyone at LensCrafters working on disputes.
Well, after 90 days if there's no refund I WILL be taking them to small claims court to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable from the local store let alone NO ONE from corporate even contacted me. Again, I STRONGLY urge anyone looking for glasses to STAY AWAY! One way or another, they will take what's not there's.

Everyone was wonderful. I came in hating my decision to buy glasses online looking to get a new pair, and they helped with prices and everything worked out smoothly, they even adjusted my currently glasses so I'm not getting these crushing headaches anymore!

Update: Lenscrafters called me and offered to give me $50 back on my card that I used to pay for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that they reached out to me. Everything was good up until I went to pick up my glasses. So I am changing my rating and I will probably go back.
My eye exam was on Monday. I picked out new glasses, paid wayyyy too much for them but hey they have ya because you need them. Got a text on Friday of the same week saying my glasses were ready to be picked up. Drove 45 minutes to pick them up and guess what?!! They’re the wrong frames!!!!! You cannot make this up! I ordered CLEAR COACH frames and they pulled out DARK GREEN ARMANI frames!! Ummm not even close. How do you not even check to make sure the frames match the description on the order??!! Do you think they are going to reimburse me for my hour and a half time to drive there and back home or for the gas I just WASTED??? Will NOT be going back there!!

I had two appointments cancelled by LensCrafters.. Than even though I filled out paper works in advance and was 9 minutes late because I couldn’t find them in the mall than wouldn’t fit me in. Than had to walk through mall gain just to get back to my car with a bad back ?
