I’ve been to the Saratoga office 3 times in past year for specimen samples. Each time, I am greeted by Marsha Tilley, a so helpful & friendly employee who comes right out and actually helps me to sign in at the check in! She thoroughly explains in depth what I need to do to complete my lab work. She truly goes above & beyond as she is compassionate & caring. It’s very comforting to go to a business that welcomes you with a caring & friendly person like Marsha! I’d say labcorp should be thrilled to have her!

LabCorp is the best! I have been going there for many years. Everyone is very friendly and the check in process is quick and easy. Marsha is amazing! She is very personable and makes every blood draw super easy!

If I could give a Negative score I would. I went there a few years back and was appalled by how negative and rude the staff was. They checked me in with dirty finger nails while eating stinky takeout. Then I was hurt while taking blood because she was talking to someone else and not paying attention - huge bruise and sore arm for days. Today was another horrible experience. Never greeted after coming in, just rudely grunted at to hand-in paperwork. It doesn't get better when taken back either. More rude employees, barely told where the coat hook was, entire experience was dripping with anger and disdain from the staff. It must be a completely toxic work environment - anyone who was kind, polite or nice would have to quit the 1st morning they were there to protect their own mental health. Driving to another lab even if it is much further would be worth avoiding this place.

My experience was excellent! Clean, professional and efficient. Very friendly staff and no wait. I highly recommend. You can check in from your car. And, they accept walk-ins.

I was treated rudely by the staff the second I walked in the door. I wouldn't return to this facility again for any reason. Additionally, they aren't even able to perform basic nose or throat swabs. I'm not sure why anyone would use this lab; take my advice and look elsewhere for lab services. Nothing but a headache.

I love labcorp and usually don't have problems until today when my daughter who is pregnant needed bloodwork. This is the second time she has gone. The first time was awesome but today was a horrible experience for her. My daughter explained where the vein was how you need to go in with a butterfly. The girl grabbed and bigger needle and said she will do what she wants (not exact words, attitude was worse) The next time even if she is in her 30s her husband or i will go with her to make sure she gets one of the regulars

The employees at this location are nothing but welcoming. I've had lab work done at this location multiple times I've never had a bad experience.

I had my blood drawn by a tech named Marsha, and she bruised my arm as she constantly kept trying to draw blood. She was very rude unprofessional and her work station was very dirty as she kept throwing wipes and gauges on the floor. The tech seemed uncaring and I would recommend going to another lab for bloodwork and drug testing.

Wow, Staff impersonal and cold. Wilton medical arts is so much better. My 12 year old (who is a great patient), was very uncomfortable with the lab draw itself and the staff. Very unfriendly. Won't go back again.

The attached pictures represent my experience. I got a black and blue arm that was painful for over a week. There was only one person working at the branch, doubling her duty as receptionist and nurse. She was rushing back and forth between the backroom and the reception desk. Since then, I have avoid doing any blood work.
