Purchased Hermes bag for a large sum of money. Item was described as original but when I went to sell it to The Real Real their authentication committee(world class) said it was not original andhas been altered which devalues its worth a lot. If the item was described as being not being original and has been tampered with I would never have purchased it. I see other complaints against this business now as selling fake designer items to the public. A reputable business would disclose any alterations that has changed the original condition of the product. Stay away!

If I could give zero stars I would. This Asian woman goes straight to Canal Street and falsely claims that her items are real designer when in reality, they are fake copies. I bought an extremely over priced Burberry backpack, thinking that I got a decent deal, I brought it to get authenticated, and Burberry told me that unfortunately it was a fraudulent item. I have no idea how this place is still open and running literally getting away with murder right on Broadway in Saratoga springs. My thought is she knows people from Saratoga springs have a higher income And are blindly trusting this is absolutely ridiculous and my friend recently got a pair of shoes that ended up being way more expensive than the MSRP value? AND THEY ARE FAKE TOO. If you want a little taste of an over priced Canal Street, this is your place to go! If you want to buy bootleg items at brand, new MSRP value costs, this is your place ( basically if you have no brains ) SHUT IT DOWN

I recently purchased the Chanel Chocolate Bar Tote from their online store. They were very prompt with answering all of my questions and mailed out my purchase the same day. The bag arrived in perfect condition. They carefully packaged it as well. I'm a lifetime customer now.

Awesome shop with huge variety of vintage luxury bags that will take you back in time. Very pleasant customer service and so helpful with all the informations she have about the bag I have that I didn’t even know have a date code of when it was made!
